CLARKSON: Do we have any questions for staff from the Commission? If not, will the <br />Applicant or their representative please come forward? You're already sworn in, Mr. Fuke. <br />FUKE: Sure, good morning, like your staff, I'm just kind of following her around. Yeah, I'm <br />here representing or helping a good friend of mine, Janice Oshiro. She was seeking this time <br />extension largely because she wanted to do something with the property, actually convert the <br />existing two dwellings on the property into some office use, but over the intervening time, her <br />father passed away, and so there was a lot of distraction and so that's the reason for the delay. <br />She is now back on her feet, grounded, and so would like to request this extension so that she <br />eventually would want to have those dwellings converted to office use. <br />However, I must add that over the past few years, the dwellings have not sat idle. I mean, <br />they've been used and they've been rented out, so it's provided some measure of service for the <br />community nonetheless. <br />CLARKSON: Are there any questions for Applicant from the Commission? If not, thank you. <br />You may be seated. There being no one signed up to testify on this matter, I'll ask that public <br />testimony be closed, a motion for that be made. <br />DELA CRUZ: I make the motion to close public testimony. <br />RAFFIPIY: I second. <br />CLARKSON: All those in favor? <br />COMMISSIONERS: Aye. <br />CLARKSON: Opposed?
