We then do the hard work of saying what is it in here that we want to turn in to a proposal right? Individually. Right? And then when we have done that, we then submit that to the Chair who then puts that on the agenda. And then that is how we have the conversation about the proposal. MS. SAQUING: Right. CHR. ADAMS: Okay. So the ability to do that, our ability to tackle the information as it is occurring in real time, we are constrained in doing that right? And the way, but the way we move through that is, we decide individually whether or not it is worth putting together a proposal for a ballot measure and then submitting it so we can make sure that it gets to the next agenda. And then we can have that discussion which includes the legal framework of that proposal. We absolutely have to do that, I mean this Charter is a legal document. We have to make sure that it fits. So, the deal is, we have heard from everybody right. We haven't yet gone through the rest of the Charter XI -XVI but we are supposed to do that today. I am looking at the time too but guess what? This may be one of them days. And so, when we have done both of those things, we will have done what we said we wanted to do with our two phase or our two pathway forward, two pronged attack at looking at the Charter. Hearing about it and looking at it. And now we have got all the information that we are going to get. It's not all the information that we are going to get by the way, but it is all the information that we are going to get right now and the idea is to say "okay, are there things that we think make sense to propose as ballot measures to modify the Charter?"
