So there's ADA access and all that. Takase: I think you have to be 150 feet from your facility. Kim: It's definitely. because you have to go all the way down the hall, so it should be 150 feet... Takase: You might check with the Department of Health, because I'm familiar with your layout, and I think if you have to walk around the building, that...I'm not sure about your distances. Kim: We're doing a lot of renovations to the property right now. Our tenant moving in there, about 8,000 square foot restaurant, so we confirmed with the Planning Department and Building Department, so that's the only location we can move and locate the new restroom there. So, our facilities facing the ocean side of it, there's a hallway down there and around that. Takase: What I'm saying is just check with the Department of Health before you get too far, because I know that you're still doing construction in there and if you have to put an entrance from the hallway side... Kim: Not hallway side. It's just around that area. Takase: I know when K's came in, we had talked about this. Kim: But K's House has their own restroom inside. Takase: But from their location, they were closer. But from this one, just measure it off with Health. Check to make sure.
