So we haven't <br />6 gotten around to it, but thank you for showing up. <br />7 I do have one more question. If you're <br />8 aware, I understand that the fire chief and the deputy <br />9 have something built into their pay with regard to <br />10 overtime? It's like a mandatory pay for overtime. I <br />11 heard that. I'm not sure about it. Are you able to <br />12 address that or not? <br />13 MR. BECKER: To my knowledge, the chief and <br />14 the deputy chief have a salary, and that's it, to my <br />15 knowledge. I do know that the other subordinate <br />16 positions do have some mandatory holiday pay as part of <br />17 it. They also have some mandatory pay under the Fair <br />18 Labor Standards Act, FLSA. <br />19 CHR. ONO: Okay. <br />20 MR. BECKER: But as far as I know -- and I <br />21 could be wrong -- I have to check with HR - but as far <br />22 as I know, the chief and the deputy chief have a <br />23 straight salary.
