All of our meetings are <br />7 public, so that's not a problem. And for any time that <br />8 we raise more than 10 percent, that we have to have at <br />9 least -- <br />10 CHR. ONO: Two-thirds. <br />11 MR. HIGGINS: Two-thirds. <br />12 MR. CAMPBELL: -- two-thirds of the members <br />13 of the Commission approve it. <br />14 CHR.
