Have you had the opportunity to <br />7 <br />go through it <br />in our -- <br />8 <br />MS. <br />SELF: For the proposed -- <br />9 <br />MR. <br />BRILHANTE: I think she is referencing <br />10 <br />the Salary Commission <br />rules. <br />11 <br />MS. <br />IKEDA: Yes. <br />12 <br />MS. <br />SELF: Oh, we haven't gotten to that yet. <br />13 <br />MS. <br />IKEDA: Oh, sorry. <br />14 <br />Would <br />that affect the charter amendments? <br />15 <br />Did you see anything <br />that should be updated? <br />16 <br />MS. <br />SELF: Well, the updates I made was to <br />17 <br />comply with Sunshine <br />Law; but the other side of this is <br />18 <br />you guys need <br />to decide what kind of procedures you are <br />19 <br />going to have. <br />If you're going to make decisions or <br />20 <br />raise the salaries <br />like you did last time, based on the <br />21 <br />methodology you went through, that is something that <br />22 <br />could go into <br />your rules; it wouldn't be something that <br />23 <br />would go into <br />the charter.
