c. Report of the County of Hawaii Office of <br />Aging Director Kimo Alameda <br />Chair Shirachi read Director Kimo Alameda's <br />report. (see attached) <br />d. Sub Committee Reports <br />1. Communication <br />Chair Shirachi read Committee Member <br />Punihaole's report. (see attached) <br />2. Homeless Housing <br />Chair Shirachi reviewed the report "Bridging the <br />Gap CoC Homless Point -in -Time Count" which <br />did not contain data on people with disabilities <br />and homelessness. (Emailed to Committee <br />members) HOPE Services Inc. will be asked to <br />address that issue during the October meeting. <br />e. Report to the Finance Department via <br />Office of Aging <br />The entire Committee brainstormed and provided <br />discussion to answers required by the Finance <br />Department. The Department of Finance requires <br />a report every 6 months. Chair Shirachi led the <br />discussion. <br />L Nomination and Election of Secretary <br />5a) Bylaws Revision (Out of Order) <br />Ms. Hall went over suggested amendments to the <br />By -Laws. <br />It was decided that the Committee will vote on the <br />Bylaws revisions first, then fulfil the Secretary's <br />vacant position.
