Hawaii Police Commission <br />Regular Session Minutes <br />November 16, 2018 <br />Page 3 <br />HPC 18-26: Complainant alleged that an officer gave her citations for moving <br />violations for her vehicle that was parked on her property. Commissioner Paiva <br />motioned that there was insufficient evidence to prove the complainant's allegations. <br />Commissioner Buckman seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />HPC 18-29: Complainant alleged that when she went to make a complaint at the police <br />station, her baby was taken away from her, and she was not allowed to feed the baby. <br />Commissioner Paiva motioned that there was insufficient evidence to prove the <br />complainant's allegations. Commissioner Pasco seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />HPC 18-30: Complainant alleged that an officer tried to antagonize him into an <br />altercation by insulting him. Commissioner Paiva motioned that there was insufficient <br />evidence to prove the complainant's allegations. Commissioner Hu seconded, and it <br />carried unanimously. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Chair Hendricks announced that the next monthly meeting is scheduled for December 21, <br />2018, 9:00 a.m., Aupuni Center Conference Room, 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, Hawaii.
