The Commission took up the following at 12:12 p.m. <br />2. Discussion of recent Special Management Area (SMA) determinations, minor permits <br />and enforcement action issued by the Planning Director. <br />Mr. Darrow stated that the SMA log was distributed to the Commission and that the <br />entries that were highlighted in yellow were for the Leeward side, the non -highlighted <br />entries were for the Windward side, and the entries below the gray line on the first page <br />were pending applications. There were no questions or discussion by the Commission <br />regarding the SMA log. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS — At 12:14 p.m., Director Yee thanked Commissioner Replogle for <br />attending the County Council meeting regarding the vacation rental bill and stated that it had <br />passed. Director Yee stated that the [Planning Department] rules and procedures would be <br />worked on next and that there would be public hearings over the next couple of months regarding <br />these rules. <br />Upon Commissioner Raffipiy's inquiry, Mr. Darrow stated that the Planning Department <br />Christmas party was on December 15th. <br />ADJOURNMENT — There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Replogle <br />and seconded by Commissioner Ikeda that the meeting be adjourned. Motion was unanimously <br />carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance.
