New Business (for discussion and appropriate action) <br />For informational purposes, Charter Commission Member Kevin Hopkins submitted <br />a proposed amendment to Section 13-28 (Compensation) to provide that prior to <br />taking effect, any salary adjustment approved by the Salary Commission be <br />approved by the County Council and Mayor without modification (reference Charter <br />Commission's Comm.
