FRATINARDO: Yes. <br />13 CHR. ONO: Any comments by anybody? <br />14 MR. PAVAO: I think that discussion is really <br />15 a separate issue and that issue would come about as we <br />16 go and revise the rules. As Amy said, that can be put <br />17 in the rules. So when we are at that point that we're <br />18 discussing Amy's proposed change, that discussion can <br />19 take place. <br />20 MR.
