And who is <br />4 responsible? Then that is something that needs to be <br />5 taken care of. <br />6 CHR. ONO: Okay. Well, Bill, are you able to <br />7 say how we publicize the notice? Either you or Amy? <br />8 MR. BRILHANTE: The Office of Information <br />9 Practices requires that we publish the notice <br />10 electronically. We also place -- Glynis, you can <br />11 correct me if I'm wrong -- a hard copy on the front of <br />12 the County building as required by the statute and the <br />13 regulations. And we're in compliance, every meeting, <br />14 six days prior to. That's how we do it. <br />15 CHR. ONO: So we have a procedure that we have <br />16 to follow, and we are following that procedure. <br />17 MR. SADEGH: I realize that, Sir, but what <br />18 needs to be done to see if it could be changed, that <br />19 you would make -- or someone would make a <br />20 recommendation that this is not correct. <br />21 MR.
