I totally <br />2 agree with everything you said on that. <br />3 The other thing we might keep in mind is that <br />4 we use, as part of our mandate on the salaries as <br />5 comparison to like salaries of like jobs in the public <br />6 sector, but also in the private sector. And I think <br />7 the optics would be a disaster if we went through and <br />8 made some kind of special OT because if you look at <br />9 disastrous times, those poor people that are running <br />10 businesses, et cetera, out there 20 hours a day is <br />11 nothing. And they don't get any overtime -- they're <br />12 just trying to survive. So, I think the optics would be <br />13 horrendous for us. <br />14 CHR. ONO: I think we can file this item. <br />15 MR. And I <br />19 think, me, personally, we should look at it with <br />20 objective guidelines instead of subjective because how <br />21 are we going to define what's extraordinary, yeah? So <br />22 like Mr. Brilhante had said, we will be going down the <br />23 slippery slope if we choose to -- where are we going to <br />24 set that bar versus if we look at it objectively? <br />25 CHR.
