NO. 91I <br />A BILL FOR AN ACT <br />RELATING TO WATERSHED AREAS. <br />BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII: <br />1 SECTION 1. Chapter 183, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is <br />2 amended by adding a new section to part III to be appropriately <br />3 designated and to read as follows: <br />4 <br />"§183- Watershed project; watershed management plans; <br />5 game management advisory commission approval. Any new watershed <br />6 project or the amendment of any existing watershed management <br />7 plan by the department, on land that is currently a game <br />8 management area or public hunting area, shall require the <br />9 approval of the game management advisory commission established <br />10 pursuant to section <br />183D-4.5." <br />11 SECTION 2. Section 183-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is <br />12 amended by adding two new definitions to be appropriately <br />13 inserted and to read as follows: <br />14 ""Game management area" shall have the same meaning as in <br />15 section 183D-4. <br />16 "Public hunting area" shall have the same meaning as in <br />17 section 183D-4." <br />HB LRB 19-0752 doc 1 <br />II <br />111 <br />
