Fuke: Unanimously carried. <br />The motion was unanimously carried. <br />Masuda: As far as the Finding of Fact, would you like verbage to be included that you will <br />sign off as the Chairperson later, that it will include stern language that will state that any <br />similar infraction? <br />Takase: It's going to be in the Decision. <br />Gonzalez: It's in the Decision and Order. <br />Masuda: Yes. <br />Fuke: It'II state that any similar infraction, similar in terms of a sale to a minor, that the <br />Board will seriously entertain the suspension of the license. <br />Giffin: Is that fair? Are we within our purview? <br />Masuda: Yes. <br />Takase: You are, to some extent. You realize that if it's more than a year from now they <br />can still be in a violation but you may have a whole different Board so they're not <br />technically tied to anything that this Board threatens today. <br />Masuda: That's why we separated it. <br />Fuke: Yes. I'II assume that maybe two years from now, we've come and gone but the <br />Department will still be here and will know. <br />Takase: That's why I say, you can do it, but understand that. <br />Fuke: Yes, we understand there will be different decision -makers.
