The <br />Complaint and Accusation in this case reads: On or about the 21St day of July 2017, in the <br />County and State of Hawaii, the Licensee Blend, Inc., dba Annie's Island Fresh Burgers, <br />did fail to have a person duly approved by the Department of Liquor Control, as a person <br />in active charge of the premises at all times while the premises was open for business, to <br />provide proper supervision in the exercise of the liquor license in accordance with the <br />liquor laws. This is in violation of Rule 5-2 of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor <br />Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawai'i. <br />Licensee has selected Alternative I, admitting to the allegation, stipulating to disciplinary <br />action without their presence, waiving the right to administrate appeal.
