Greenwell: But according to this, they have to have a lease in place for a year before <br />we can issue a license? <br />Takase: What we require is either ownership or a lease. We treat a lease, one year or <br />more, as a permanent lease. She could proceed with just a lease, but in this case, <br />she's doing both. She has a lease but she is in the process of also acquiring the fee <br />under the lease. <br />Greenwell: But her lease is currently month-to-month? <br />Rocco: The easiest way for the current owner and when I met with Ashley at Bishop, <br />100 percent of the lease is going to the purchase of the property right now. They have <br />six more years left on the leasehold that we are going to be taking over. It's going to <br />take some time to transition that over and renegotiate, so the best way that everybody <br />could (inaudible) was to do the lease in that form since we are purchasing the property <br />at the same time. <br />Greenwell: You said there are six years left on the lease? <br />Rocco: On the current lease, but we are able to take it over. Yes. <br />Taniguchi: Any other questions? <br />Lopez: In looking at the protest and your hours. Where is your parking? <br />Rocco: We have our own parking lot that we built specifically for that building. There is <br />adequate parking. There's basically one property that is close to the pizzeria and I'm <br />suspecting this might be the property at hand with this letter of protest.
