Page 20 <br />1 individual needs, and I would really like to follow -- <br />2 I would like to request that these individuals can come <br />3 in and just let us know where they might have <br />4 shortfalls, what their needs are for, you know, <br />5 bullets, Band-Aids, beans -- you name it -- pens, <br />6 because they have financial needs. And some of these <br />7 requests that the police department has, which I didn't <br />8 know about before -- no one told me last year -- was <br />9 that they'd been waiting on certain increases for 13 <br />10 years and changes for 13 years. <br />11 So, I would like to know and find out that <br />12 from these individual departments to find out what have <br />13 they been waiting on as far as improvements in each <br />14 department? You know, have they been waiting that <br />15 long? And we need to -- you know, the County Finance <br />16 Department, like Bill said, they are going to have to <br />17 come up with a number for us as far as what's <br />18 affordable or even if it's affordable. It's not... <br />19 MR. HIGGINS: I don't think that's our job on <br />20 that. I wouldn't go so far. That's the budget <br />21 department -- Finance people. They are going to be <br />22 looking at beans and pencils and all of that. That's <br />23 why I'd prefer to have them come first. <br />24 MR. FRATINARDO: Okay. <br />25 MR.
