PAVAO: -- because I wasn't here. <br />7 CHAIR: The one on November 27th. Okay, <br />8 thank you. <br />9 No communications. <br />10 Let's see. Under "New Business," some of you <br />11 were aware that Charter Commission Member Kevin Hopkins <br />12 submitted amendment No. -- well, amendment to Section <br />13 13-28, which was No. 25 on the Charter Commission's <br />14 agenda; and it essentially said that anything that our <br />15 Commission does had to go to the mayor and to the <br />16 council for approval. It said without modification, <br />17 which meant they could just reject it and send it back, <br />18 but they couldn't change it. The Charter Commission <br />19 voted on that last week and voted it down, so that's <br />20 not going to happen. <br />21 Any questions or comments on that subject? <br />22 We do have copies of all of the letters that <br />23 were sent back and forth if any of you have any <br />24 questions or want to look at that.
