Greenwell: Kanoa, Inc., dba Body Glove Cruises (Retail). I'd like to hear from the Director on <br />this item. <br />4. Kanoa, Inc., dba Body Glove cruises (Retail), pursuant to Rule 4-2-M <br />of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department <br />of Liquor Control of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, requests approval <br />to extend the time issuance of its Retail General liquor license, for an additional <br />six months, from December 8, 2018, to and including June 8, 20192 by letter <br />dated January 28, 2019. <br />Takase: Mr. Chair, this was another extension case but working with Body Glove further, they <br />are going to withdraw their application. They, upon doing their improvements, were being <br />required by the Fire Department to make some major improvements to a kitchen area not <br />attached to the retail premises but in the same building. It's probably a bridge too far for them, <br />so they're going to withdraw their application to putting up retail space at this point in time. So <br />that's for a motion to accept the withdrawal. <br />Arakaki: Move to accept the withdrawal of Kanoa, Inc. <br />Raymond: Second. <br />Mr. Arakaki move to accept the withdrawal of Application No. 17-05, <br />submitted by Kanoa, Inc., dba Body Glove cruises (Retail), for an <br />original Retail General liquor license, located at the `Ilima Court, <br />75-5529 Kuakini Highway, Suite 120, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, <br />TM K: 7-4-010:039; seconded by IVIS. Raymond. <br />Greenwell: We have a second. All those in favor say, "Aye." Those against, "Nay." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />There was no opposition by the Commissioners. <br />Greenwell: Motion carries. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />Greenwell: K's House Kona LLC, dba K's House.
