Takase: Mr. Chair, in this case there was a request by the representative who was also (in the process of) becomingthe owner. The original owner has abandoned the project. The representative wants to take it over, but since it has never issued, we have advised him that he will need to apply for a new license rather than do a sale and transfer. on this request for extension, we will recommend denial. We have spoken with the prospective applicant and he understands what he needs to do. So, we recommend denial of this request for extension in this case.
