Comm. No. 44.11: Transmitting CA -27, Draft 2, for First Reading; Proposal <br />to amend Section 10-15, Public Access, Open Space and Natural Resources <br />Preservation Fund, to add language to place an emphasis on the acquisition of <br />easements; as submitted by Commissioner Roehrig. <br />Fails to pass First Reading: 2 ayes; 5 noes (Hamano, Leithead Todd, Rice, <br />Springer, Zelko-Schlueter); 4 absent (Bergin, Galimba, Hopkins, Saquing) <br />10.
