He is currently a member of the Liquor Adjudication <br /> Board, term ending 12/3112020. <br /> Mr. Smith graduated from Kamehameha Schools, the University of Southern California, and <br /> received his MBA from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. He is an active member of the <br /> Democratic Party.
