"Rick" Robinson of Council District 6 to the Police <br /> Commission. <br /> Mr. Robinson is currently self-employed as a real estate commissioner and receiver with the <br /> federal and state courts. His prior experience includes Director of Commercial Real Estate for <br /> Kamehameha Schools and as Vice President of Western Farm Credit Bank. <br /> Mr. Robinson is a dedicated contributor to our community, presently serving on the Kona Soil <br /> and Water Conservation District, Hawaii Association of Conservation Districts, and is an active <br /> member of the Board of Ethics, term ending 12/2020. He has previously held positions on the <br /> Board of Water Supply, Merit Appeals Board, State Soil and Water Conservation District, and <br /> many more. <br /> Mr. Robinson served in the U.S. Coast Guard, is a graduate of University of Hawai'i and <br /> Kellogg Foundation, a Certified Commercial Investment Manage, and a life-long resident of <br /> Hawai'i.
