This new position is needed to support the Kuleana Health <br /> program indicated above. <br /> The Department of Research and Development respectfully requests that a breach be <br /> authorized to submit this resolution after the June 17, 2021 submission deadline, and to <br /> waive it from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the July 7, 2021 Council <br /> agenda.
