This program will <br /> advance COVID-19 and general health literacy efforts to reach minority and underserved <br /> populations on Hawaii Island. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these fields. Also enclosed <br /> is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $3,000,000 grant. <br /> The Department of Research and Development respectfully requests that a breach be <br /> authorized to submit this resolution after the June 17, 2021 submission deadline, and to <br /> waive it from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the July 7, 2021 Council <br /> agenda.
