The terms of the agreement however, are for a five-year term. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to amend resolution 16-20 to indicate that the multi-year <br /> agreement be changed from the indicated three-year term to a five-year term. <br /> We would like to request that this resolution be waived from the Finance Committee and <br /> be placed on the July 21, 2021 Council Agenda in order to expedite this matter.
