This grant will be <br /> used by the Disaster Recovery Division to provide technical assistance,training, and capacity building for <br /> community collaboration in implementing the Kilauea Recovery and Resilience Plan. <br /> Also enclosed is a Bill for an Ordinance amending Ordinance 21-38,the 2021-2022 Fiscal Year <br /> Operating Budget, by appropriating the$225,000 grant. <br /> In order to expedite the receipt of this grant we request to waive the Finance Committee, and to have this <br /> resolution and appropriation ordinance placed on the October 6, 2021, Council Meeting agenda. <br /> Mahalo for your kind consideration. <br /> Mahalo, <br /> AK/js <br /> � 1��5. o�lat-ai • C3i11 `]1 <br /> Corn .
