Also enclosed <br /> is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $1,377,000 grant and $459,000 County match. <br /> The Department of Environmental Management is requesting that this resolution and bill <br /> be waived from Finance Committee and be placed on the October 6, 2021 Council <br /> agenda to expedite the receipt of these funds.
