He previously served as branch manager for both Kona Community Federal Credit <br /> Union(1971-1986), and American Savings Bank (1989-2005). <br /> Mr. Onizuka's service to our community includes his role as Chairman of the Astronaut Ellison <br /> Onizuka Memorial from 2005 to the present and as past Director of the Kona Junior Golf <br /> Program.
