The leased space will allow for the parking of up to <br /> ten buses and provide a breakroom and rest area for Hele-On bus operators. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a one-year lease agreement <br /> with ABP Waikoloa LLC, for approximately 1,211 square feet of commercial space. <br /> The Mass Transit Agency requests that this resolution be waived from Finance <br /> 4 Committee and placed on the January 5, 2022 Council agenda due to time constraints.
