This location is to be used as an assessment <br /> center and emergency shelter for single individuals who are experiencing homelessness. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a two-year, multi-year lease <br /> agreement with two 18-month option terms with HOPE Services Hawai`i, Inc. for the <br /> location described above.
