The leased space will allow for the parking of up to ten buses <br /> and provide a breakroom and rest area for Hele-On bus operators. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a one-year lease agreement <br /> with one option year with KS Owner, LLC. <br /> The Mass Transit Agency requests that a breach be authorized to submit this resolution <br /> after the July 15, 222 submission deadline, and to waive it from the Finance Committee <br /> in order to be placed on the August 3, 2022 Council agenda.
