However, due to an organizational name change, <br /> the Department of Public Works wishes to amend resolution 410-22 to recognize to all <br /> references of"Peoples Advocacy for Trails Hawaii" to be identified as "People for <br /> Active Transportation Hawaii". <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to amend resolution 410-22 to acknowledge the People for <br /> Active Transportation Hawaii as the grant recipient. <br /> The Department of Public Works requests that this resolution be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the August 17, 2022 Council Agenda in order to expedite <br /> this project.
