Waikoloa Land <br /> Company ("Owner")has secured services with Stanford Carr Development for the development <br /> of the affordable housing site to include a proposed 229-units. All units will be affordable and <br /> will target renters from various incomes, with a maximum of 100% of the Area Median Income <br /> (AMI). <br /> Stanford Carr Development ("Developer")has requested to utilize the 201H process to change <br /> the current zoning from RM-6 to RM-3.5. Exemption from the current zoning will increase the <br /> density cap from current limit of 142 units to allow for additional housing. The Developer has <br /> also requested an exemption from Section 5-7-1 & 5-7-3, Hawaii County Code to waive permit <br /> fees.
