In 1996, Mr. Martin earned his Master of Science degree in <br /> Technology Management from Pepperdine University. He also offers an extensive employment <br /> background of experience. <br /> Mr. Martin retired in 2020 and together with his wife, they have been dedicating their time and <br /> efforts as members of the Kona Crime Prevention Committee.
