These funds will be used to support the planning, design, and vertical <br /> construction cost of the Kukuiola Assessment Center and Emergency Shelter in North <br /> Kona. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds. Also enclosed <br /> is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $10,000,000 grant.
