This agreement is to <br /> support NOAA's South Point Weather Radio Communication network by allowing <br /> NOAA to house and maintain their equipment on a County of Hawaii ("COPT") cell <br /> tower located in South Point, specifically the COH Radio Repeater site identified as <br /> WQWD759. <br /> The Civil Defense Agency requests that this resolution be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the August 2, 2023 Council agenda in order to expedite this <br /> transaction. <br /> If there are any questions,please do not hesitate to call Sari Kogasaka of the Civil <br /> Defense Agency at 935-0031. <br /> Deanna S.
