Roth, dated June 27, 2023, requests <br /> the Council's review and confirmation of the nomination of John D. Pelletier to the Kona <br /> Community Development Plan Action Committee. <br /> Executive Assistant to the Mayor Pomaika`i Bartolome was present in the Hilo Chambers to <br /> introduce Mr. Pelletier, who was present in the Kona Chambers. <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 3, Section 16-5(a) of the Hawai`i County Code, members of a <br /> CDP action committee shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Council. <br /> Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the purpose <br /> and intent of Communication No. 343, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of <br /> John D.
