The County of Hawaii intends to partner with Kamakoa Nui Limited Partnership to <br />develop a 140 -unit affordable workforce rental housing project. <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate a 68 -year lease for the <br />purpose of the development and construction of an affordable workforce rental housing project. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Toi Wong or Susan Kunz of the <br />Office of Housing and Community Development at 323-4306. <br />Deanna S.
