Brown <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement with the University of Hawaii, Office <br />of Research Services to provide funding for the Big Island Invasive Species Committee. <br />Funds of $250,000 will be provided to control the spread of invasive species in Hawaii <br />County. <br />The Department of Research and Development requests that this resolution be waived by <br />the Finance Committee and be placed on the November 8, 2024 Council agenda in order <br />to expedite this transaction.
