Goodoni of Council District 9 to serve on the Public Access, <br />Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC). <br />Ms. Goodoni was born and raised in Kohala. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental <br />Studies and a Master of Science in Tropical Conservation Biology and Environmental Science <br />with a focus on Watershed Management from the University of Hawai'i at Hilo. She is a <br />watershed specialist with the H8vvGi'i COx8| Reef Initiative. <br />Ms. Goodoni actively volunteers in our community with the Waikbloa Dry Forest and Kohala <br />Watershed Partnership. Her past experiences and accomplishments make her particularly <br />qualified tOserve OnPC)NC. <br />If confirmed, Ms. Goodoni will replace Kamuela Plunkett and will serve a term ending on <br />December 31'2O25.
