COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />25 5G <br />BILL NO. 54 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 24-33, AS AMENDED, <br />RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 15 2024 TO JUNE 30, 2025. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAVI: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 24-33, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, <br />is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: <br />PROGRAM <br />Roadway Projects <br />Bridge Inspection/Repair <br />Local Road Projects <br />TOTAL <br />F."Tir, low ► 1 <br />$ 448,066.43 <br />298,710.95 <br />746,777.37 <br />$ 1,493,554.75 <br />Allotments from these program.appropriations shall be made to specific projects listed on <br />the attached Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from fuel tax revenues, <br />in excess of what was projected in Ordinance No. 23-18. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br />not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br />without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
