The annual <br />cost for each machine will be $6,500 a year. <br />Our Hilo office currently utilizes a much larger high production multi -function <br />copier/printer/scanner that costs approximately $11,820 a year. The lease for this <br />machine lapses at the end of November 2025. Since making the shift and going <br />paperless, we are no longer in need of a large high production multi -function <br />copier/printer/scanner. The current Kona office's multi -function copier/printer/scanner <br />lease lapses at the end of March 2026 and costs approximately $7,100 a year.
