The Road Remnant is a portion of Leilani <br />Street, in Hilo. In exchange for the remnant, the State of Hawaii agreed to expand by Executive <br />Order the nearby area used by the County's Department of Parks & Recreation. Our Office <br />respectfully requests that this matter be placed on Council's Committee agenda for Tuesday, <br />November 4, 2025 <br />A representative from the Department of Public Works will attend Committee and <br />Council meetings to answer any questions the Council may have regarding the resolution.
