Medina, Director of Research and Development�_ <br />RE: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE <br />OF HAWAPI, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, TO RECEIVE A <br />GRANT FOR FOOD ACCESS SUMMITS. <br />and <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-45, AS <br />AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF <br />HAWAPI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026. <br />Transmitted herewith are the above -entitled measures for the Council's review and <br />consideration. <br />The Department of Research and Development seeks to finalize an agreement for a <br />$40,000 grant from the State of Hawaii, Department of Health.
