Immediately following graduation, he demonstrated <br />his dedication to our nation by serving in the United States Air Force. Upon returning home, Mr. <br />Ignacio worked for Hamakua Sugar Company before stepping up once again to serve our <br />community with distinction for over 25 years in the Hawai'i Police Department. <br />Mr. Ignacio's lifelong commitment to service and safety is unmatched. His deep roots in our <br />community, combined with his decades of public service, uniquely qualify him to serve on the <br />Fire Commission. I am confident that Mr. Ignacio will approach this role with integrity and <br />dedication, leaving a lasting impact on the safety and well-being of our residents. <br />If confirmed, Mr. Ignacio will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2030.
