Wailele Road is located mauka of Honomu. The resolution <br /> authorizes the County to convey 4,571 acres of undeveloped roadway property in exchange for <br /> 6.203 of roadway property and a 4.578 acre public access easement that would secure public <br /> access to the Hilo Forrest Reserve. The resolution includes Exhibit"A"(a map that shows the <br /> properties to be exchanged), Exhibit`B"the legal descriptions of the property to be conveyed to <br /> the County, and Exhibit"C",the legal descriptions of the property to be conveyed to the Stella <br /> May Swain Trust. Also included in this communication is an aerial view of Wailele Road. <br /> The Department of Public Works will be available to answer any questions regarding the <br /> proposed exchange, and I will be available to answer any legal questions.
