Arakaki, Chairman <br /> Hawai'i County Council <br /> <br /> FROM: Nancy Pisicchio, Chairperson <br /> Hawai'i County Housing Agency <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution for the Parker Ranch Foundation <br /> <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted <br /> a resolution to the Hawai'i County Housing Agency (HCHA) <br /> authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and execute an agreement with <br /> Parker Ranch Foundation, to satisfy Condition 1 of LUC Docket <br /> No. A86-601 and Condition (E) of Ordinance No. 96-117. <br /> <br /> The HCHA reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting of <br /> July 26, 2000, by a vote of 5- ayes, C nays, and with <br /> 4 absent and excused.
