Foot traffic is almost negligible and just recently a blacktop sidewalk has been <br /> constructed just above the roadway which further reduces any potential pedestrian problems. <br /> In addition to ourselves , no pazking would be a real problem to the Fairwinds group and the <br /> Dive shop business .
